LEAH AND JUSTIN | ISLE OF PALMS AND HAMPTON PARK ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS

I’ve always said that one of the best parts of my job is getting to work with the amazing couples that I’m so lucky to have come my way. And Leah and Justin are no different. What made this session a little different though is the fact that I asked Leah if it would be ok if I held off on blogging it so I had no content during my maternity leave. She was so awesome and understanding about it. Like I said, I get the BEST couples y’all!

Leah and Justin and I started their engagement session at Hampton Park and I have to admit  the first thing I noticed about Leah were her KILLER blue eyes that looked even more blue next to her blue dress. Just absolutely gorgeous.
From the very start of our session, these two were laughing and having a great time, and were just so effortlessly comfortable with each other. They told me about their little guy, Jackson, and I can’t wait to meet him at their wedding this August.  After walking around Hampton Park we made our way to Isle of Palms and hit the beach for a few more beautiful shots.
Leah and Justin, I absolutely cannot wait for your wedding at the Tea Plantation this August. It will be even more memorable for me being that it’s my first one back after a long hiatus for maternity leave. I’ll say it again, I CANNOT wait!! Y’all are so kind, easy going, and fun to be around, and I know your day will be exactly the same. Until then, here’s a look back at your beautiful engagement session!

Kelly and Steven are part of the 2021 #rideodyecouple family that waited longer than most to finally make it to their Charleston wedding. Having to postpone their wedding date not once, but twice due to CoVid wasn’t an easy decision, but it made their day at Cannon Green even sweeter when it finally arrived. When I walked into Kelly’s getting ready Airbnb, […]

As a Charleston wedding photographer,  I have to admit that I see a lot of really beautiful big gatherings, but lately there’s been a very special place in my heart for intimate elopements and gatherings.  And that’s exactly what Hannah and Matthew’s day was. A small gathering of just their nearest and dearest on the […]
